To ensure transparency, fairness, and smooth operation, please read the information below carefully before using the charging station.

1. Availability and Access

• EV charging is available on request and subject to availability

• Charging is activated via a QR code located next to the wallbox or via this link: https://app.monta.app/d/cp5805153

• Guests can start and stop charging independently using their smartphone

• No prior app installation is required

 

2. How Charging Works

1. Park your vehicle in the designated charging space

2. Plug in the charging cable

3. Scan the QR code displayed next to the wallbox or follow this link: https://app.monta.app/d/cp5805153

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to start charging

5. Payment is handled automatically per kilowatt-hour (kWh)

6. Charging stops when you end the session or unplug the vehicle

The applicable price per kWh is displayed during the charging process.

 

3. Billing and Payment

• Charging is billed per kilowatt-hour (kWh)

• Payment is processed electronically at the end of each charging session

• All charging sessions are recorded digitally

• Guests only pay for the electricity they actually consume

This approach is intended to be fair and transparent for all guests.

 

4. Important Technical and Legal Information

Please note the following carefully:

• The charging station is equipped with digital energy measurement

• The measurement system is not calibrated (“geeicht”) under German calibration law

• The displayed charging data is provided for informational and transparency purposes

• The charging service is offered as a convenience feature for guests only and not to the public

 

By initiating a charging session, the guest expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

• The charging data does not constitute a legally calibrated measurement

• The charging service is accepted as-is

• No claims can be made regarding official calibration, metrology, or measurement certification

• The guest waives any claims related to measurement accuracy beyond reasonable technical operation

 

5. Guest Responsibility and Acceptance

By using the EV charging station, the guest confirms that:

• They understand and accept the technical nature of the charging system

• They accept the displayed charging values as the basis for billing

• They use the charging station at their own responsibility

• They are responsible for ensuring vehicle compatibility and correct handling

Any damage caused by improper use of the charging equipment or vehicle is the responsibility of the guest.

 

6. Liability Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law:

• The property owner assumes no liability for vehicle damage, charging interruptions, or compatibility issues

• The charging service is provided without guarantee of uninterrupted availability

• No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the charging station

This does not affect liability for intent or gross negligence where legally applicable.
